Send feedback or report a problem

How the feedback form works and what it sends.

Use Send feedback in the Help panel (open it with the ? button at the top right), or the small speech-bubble button. The bubble sits at the bottom right on a computer, and at the top right next to the ? on a phone.

  1. Choose Something's broken, Idea or Question.
  2. Write a message. Add an email address only if you want a reply.
  3. Leave Include technical details on to help us reproduce a problem, or switch it off. Select Preview to see exactly what would be sent.

What technical details contain

The current screen or step, app version, browser and window size, your plan and role, and the last few errors with times. They never include meeting content, metric values, names or email addresses, and web addresses are stripped of anything after the page path.

Your message goes to the Enginely support team along with your workspace name and sign-in email so we can follow up.

Replies and the bell

As soon as you send a report, a bell appears next to the ? with a note that we got it. When someone on the team replies, the bell shows a red number and the reply, with your original message quoted. Open the bell to read it; opening it marks everything as read. Replies appear the next time you open Enginely, so there is no need to leave the app open.
