Ninety also shows a discounted $8.40/user rate (≈$210/mo for 25 users, still ≈$1,932/yr more than Enginely). Bloom Growth's flat price covers unlimited users; Enginely Team covers up to 25 (Business: 100 for $149/mo). Vendors change prices — confirm current rates with them.

Anyone who has signed in to your Enginely workspace counts as a seat. You can remove inactive members at any time to free up seats.
Up to 3 teams (workstreams) — plenty for a single leadership team plus a couple of departmental groups. Team and Business plans support unlimited teams.
A workspace is your whole company's account in Enginely — or a business unit, region, or client account, if that's how you're set up — its members, seats, and billing. A team (or workstream) is a group within that workspace, like "Leadership" or "Ops." Free and Team plans manage one workspace at a time; Business unlocks creating and managing multiple workspaces (e.g. separate divisions, regions, or client accounts) under one account. You can always be invited as a member of other people's workspaces regardless of your own plan.
Yes. Any workstream can be made private. Its meetings, board, and history can then be opened only by the workspace owner and admins, the workstream's leads, and the people they add. Everyone else in the workspace can see that the workstream exists, but not what is in it. Owners and admins choose each workstream's leads, and leads decide who else joins. New workstreams are private by default. This is included on every plan.
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Yes — Team and Business include a 14-day free trial the first time a workspace upgrades. You add a card at checkout, but nothing is charged until the trial ends; cancel before then (Workspace → Plan → Downgrade to Starter) and you pay nothing. We email you a reminder 3 days before the trial ends. The trial is once per workspace, so re-subscribing later is billed from day one. And the Free plan needs no card at all — you can run real meetings with up to 10 people before deciding.
Yes. Enginely can import your rocks, to-dos, issues, and headlines directly from Ninety's XLSX exports. Your history comes with you.
