A workspace is your whole company's account in Enginely — or a business unit, region, or client account, if that's how you're set up — its members, seats, and billing. A team (or workstream) is a group within that workspace, like "Leadership" or "Ops." Free and Team plans manage one workspace at a time; Business unlocks creating and managing multiple workspaces (e.g. separate divisions, regions, or client accounts) under one account. You can always be invited as a member of other people's workspaces regardless of your own plan.
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Yes. You can run a full meeting with your team before entering any payment details. When you're ready to upgrade, billing starts from that date.
Yes. Enginely can import your rocks, to-dos, issues, and headlines directly from Ninety's XLSX exports. Your history comes with you.
