Headlines has two lists: Customer (client news) and Employee (people news).
Select Add under a list and type a short line.
Show archived brings back older items.
The 💬 button on a headline opens a side panel with an optional description and a comments thread. A dot on the button means there is a description, and the number is how many comments there are.
Keep each item to one sentence. This step is for sharing, not discussing.
Tip: if something needs a decision, add it to Issues instead of talking it through here.
