Enter numbers, see the monthly trend, manage and share KPIs, and drop misses to Issues.
The Scorecard step is a table of your metrics by month, with a goal, average, total and a bar chart of the trend for each.
Working in the table
Type this month's number in the column marked latest value. It saves as you type.
Trend is one bar per month, oldest to newest. Green means the goal was met, amber means it was missed by 10% or less of the goal, red means it was missed by more, and gray is the current month, which is not finished yet. The month cells use the same colors, and hovering a bar says how far off it was. A dashed line marks the goal. Hover a bar to see the month and its value.
Avg / Total range (above the table) picks the months that are averaged and totaled. It also decides which month columns are shown, so choosing a shorter range gives you a shorter table. A range that ends at the latest month hides next month's forecast column. End it at (forecast) to show that column. Averages and totals never include the forecast.
Undo and Redo step back through your edits.
Drag a row's ⠿ handle to reorder it or move it to another group.
The ⚑ button on a row sends a miss to Issues (below), and ✕ archives or deletes it.
Manage KPIs
⚙ Manage KPIs is the one place to organize the scorecard. It has two tabs.
This scorecard
Type a name and press Enter to add a KPI, optionally into a group. + Group adds a group, and you can rename, reorder or delete groups.
Drag the ⠿ handle to reorder KPIs or move them between groups.
Archive hides a KPI but keeps its history. Archived KPIs (top of the table) lists them so you can restore one.
Delete is for leads and workspace admins. A deleted KPI is kept for 30 days under Archived KPIs → Recently deleted, where a lead or admin can Restore it with all its data. Admins can also Delete forever. After 30 days it is removed for good.
Leads and admins see Share on each KPI, to let other workstreams show it (see below).
From other workstreams
Lists KPIs that other workstreams have shared with this one. Add brings one in as a read-only linked KPI, marked with a 🔗 and the workstream it comes from. Its name, goal and numbers cannot be edited here. They follow the source and update within a few seconds, even during a meeting. Unlink removes it from this scorecard without touching the source.
Sharing a KPI with other workstreams
A workstream's lead or an admin decides what is shared. In Manage KPIs → This scorecard, select ↗ Share on a KPI and choose Every workstream or specific ones. Only the source workstream can edit the numbers. If you stop sharing a KPI, or archive or delete it, other scorecards keep their last values and show a red "no longer shared" badge.
Misses
The ⚑ button on a row (Drop to Issues) sends an off-track metric to the Issues list so you solve it later in the meeting rather than debating it now.
Tip: read numbers, mark on track or off track, and move on. Discussion belongs in Issues.
Scrolling on small screens
On a phone the table scrolls sideways inside its own frame.
