Getting started

The five-minute path from a new workspace to your first meeting.

Enginely runs one focused weekly meeting for a team: a scorecard of numbers, quarterly priorities, to-dos and a list of issues to solve. You can run your first meeting in a few minutes.

Your first meeting

  1. Pick your team on the left of the home screen. A new workspace starts with one team.
  2. Add the people in the room: type a name and press Enter, or tick the workspace members listed under Attendees.
  3. Select Start meeting. The agenda runs in order: Check-in, Scorecard, Priorities, Headlines, To-Dos, Issues, Conclude.
  4. Use Next and Prev (or the buttons at the bottom of each step) to move through the steps.
  5. On the last step, rate the meeting and select End meeting to save it.

Before the meeting

Tip: you do not need to set everything up first. Start a short meeting, add two metrics and one priority, and refine from there.

Not sure what a step is for? Open Help during a meeting and it shows the topic for the step you are on. See also Running a meeting.
