Mind map keyboard shortcuts: Enginely Stage reference

Enginely Stage, the mind map for meetings over Zoom, is driven from the keyboard. Enter adds a sibling, Tab a child, P presents, F focuses a branch, T starts a timer, L parks a node. Single letters are commands only while you are not editing a node.

Use Cmd on a Mac and Ctrl on Windows and Linux; Cmd/Ctrl below means whichever your system uses.

Do the keys match XMind?

The build keys follow XMind's. See the XMind alternative page.

Where are the other commands?

Cmd/Ctrl K opens the palette: import, export, owners, due dates, markers and the follow session. On a Mac, Cmd Shift 3, 4 and 5 are system screenshot keys, so choose Color: 3 to Color: 5 from the palette. Plain Cmd plus a number is left to the browser for switching tabs.

For the meeting flow around these keys, see presenting on Zoom or Teams.

Try it

Open Stage and start typing.
