Share a mind map live with a link that needs no account

Press Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+C in Enginely Stage, the mind map for meetings over Zoom, to copy a follow link and show a six-character code. Followers open the link or type the code to watch a live, read-only view on their phones, with no account. During early access a session allows 3 followers and ends 12 hours after your last message.

How do I start a follow session?

  1. Press Cmd/Ctrl Shift C, or choose Copy follow link in the palette. The first press creates the session, copies https://stage.enginely.net/f/<code> and shows the code in large type to read aloud. Later presses copy the same link.
  2. Paste the link into the Zoom or Teams chat, or read the code out. Followers open the link, or use Have a code? Join a session in the app.
  3. Carry on presenting. A quiet "N following" chip sits at the bottom right.

What do followers see?

Followers see the same map or outline, read-only, with your focus and dimming, timer, parking lot, and owner and due-date chips. On a phone in portrait, a 16:9 map band sits on top with the timer and parking lot below. In landscape they see your 1280 by 720 stage. Followers can pan and pinch, and the view snaps back on your next move.

If your connection drops for more than 10 seconds, followers see "Presenter disconnected" and the last state stays on screen until you return.

Frequently asked questions

Do followers need an account or an app?

No. Followers open the link in a browser or type the six-character code under Join with code, with nothing to install.

How many people can follow?

Up to 3 per session during early access. Everyone else on the call still sees your shared screen.

Can followers edit the map?

No. The follower page is read-only.

Is my map stored on a server?

Only the latest snapshot, and only while the session runs; it is removed when the session ends or expires 12 hours after your last message. Your saved maps stay in your browser.
